Tinesha J. McNeill is an accomplished educational professional and Signature Program Site Coordinator for Annapolis High School, with more than 28 years of dedicated service in education across New Jersey, Maryland, South Africa, and Southern India.

Deeply invested in fostering student achievement, leadership, and cultural awareness, she continues to plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing enriching academic programs that inspire intellectual curiosity and personal growth among diverse student populations. Her work reflects a passion for creating meaningful educational experiences that connect classroom learning with real-world contexts.

A dedicated mentor to student leaders, particularly through her engagement with organizations such as the Black Student Union. She actively supports students in advanced academic pursuits, including research in African American Studies and participation in cultural heritage programs, helping them grow as scholars, artists, and thoughtful global citizens.Known for her commitment to representation and excellence, Tinesha encourages students to embrace their identities while striving for academic and personal success. As a product of Newark Public Schools in Newark, NJ, Tinesha exemplifies a lifelong commitment to educational excellence, equity, and community empowerment. She understands the importance of giving back to the youth and commits herself to this cause.
