College Technology Readiness Kit (CTRK) Application Notice

Submission of a College Technology Readiness Kit (CTRK) application does not guarantee selection or receipt of a kit.

The CREW Project reviews all eligible applications through a competitive selection process. The number of College Technology Readiness Kits awarded each year is determined by available funding, sponsorship commitments, product donations, and organizational resources. Because the quantity of kits available may vary from year to year, some qualified applicants may not receive an award, even if they meet all eligibility requirements.

Applicants are encouraged to submit complete and accurate information and to apply during each available application cycle. The CREW Project reserves the right to establish selection criteria, verify application information, and determine final award recipients at its sole discretion. We are grateful for every student who applies and remain committed to expanding access to educational technology through the support of our sponsors, partners, and donors.

CTRK AWARD CALENDAR

Once an applicant has been approved, both the awarded applicant and the sponsor will receive an award letter that explains what has been awarded, who sponsors the College Technology Readiness Kit, and who the recipient is and where they will be attending college.
